  EL34 tubes made by Telefunken in West Germany are pretty rare and Siemens and Lorenz never made any EL34 tube.

Siemens never made any EL34. All EL34 with their label came from Philips. Lots of brown base EL34 got the Siemens logo. Great tubes. See Philips EL34 for details.

Siemens distributed these tube in the 80s and early 90s. Made by Electronic Industries in Yugoslavia. Not good... Here is another picture.
